The ST02 features an opaque Grand Feu enamel dial, handcrafted to achieve a glossy finish. This traditional enameling technique, renowned for its durability and vibrant color, ensures that each dial remains as captivating as the day it was created.

Since the beginning of our century and thanks to certain watchmaking houses and a few passionate collectors, enamel has reappeared with intensity. Today, all the major luxury watchmaking houses incorporate or have produced enameled pieces in their collections of exceptional pieces.

Case

The watch’s case is machined and finished in-house from stainless steel 316L. Combining a satin finish with black polish, a classic and timeless design. Available in two sizes, 37 mm and 39 mm, the case offers versatility and style to suit various wrist sizes. The caseback is open, allowing a clear view of the movement.

Sapphires

The ST02 is adorned with flat sapphires both on the top and on the back of the case. These high-quality sapphires provide a crystal-clear view of the dial and movement. Both sapphires feature 5 layers of internal anti-reflective (AR) coating, reducing glare and ensuring optimal visibility from any angle.

Movement

Powering the ST02 is the La Joux Perret G-100 movement with 68-hour power reserve. This variant of the G-101 is distinguished by its absence of a date disc and features a customized mass, regulated in 5 positions, and adorned with the elegant côtes de Genève finishing.

Crown

The crown of the ST02 features our distinctive pine nut logo engraved.

Straps

Complementing the watch is a handmade leather strap.

Once the payment is confirmed, the delivery time for your ST02 watch will be 120 days. This period is necessary to allow each stage of the manufacturing process to be completed with maximum precision and care. The production of the ST02 involves several steps, including the creation of the Grand Feu enamel dial, the machining and finishing of the 316L stainless steel case, the assembly of the La Joux Perret G-100 movement, and the crafting of the custom handmade straps by Gabriel Vezzani.

Each watch is thoroughly inspected at various stages of production to ensure it meets the excellence standards of Statera Watch Co. After the manufacturing process and quality control are completed, your watch will be carefully packaged and shipped to the address provided at the time of purchase.

Important Information:

The 120-day period starts from the confirmation of payment.
You will be notified via email about the status of your order and will receive important updates throughout the production process.
After completion, a tracking number will be sent to you so you can monitor the delivery of your watch.

Right of Return

You have the right to return your ST02 watch within 14 days of receiving the product, provided that it is in its original condition, without signs of use, and with all the packaging and documents supplied, including the certificate of authenticity.

You will receive detailed instructions on how to proceed with sending the product back to us.

Conditions for Exchange

If you wish to exchange your ST02 watch for a different model, we offer the possibility of exchange within the same 14-day period after receiving the product. The watch must be in its original condition, without signs of use, and with all the packaging and documents supplied.

To request an exchange:

Contact our customer service, indicating the reason for the exchange and the desired model.

Follow the instructions provided to send the watch back to our headquarters.

After receiving and inspecting the returned watch, we will send the requested new model. If there is a price difference between the models, this will be addressed during the exchange process.

Note: Shipping costs for the exchange will be the customer’s responsibility, except in cases of defective products or delivery errors.

Defective or Damaged Products

If your ST02 watch shows any manufacturing defects or arrives damaged, please contact us immediately. In these cases, Statera Watch Co. will cover all shipping costs and take the necessary steps to replace or repair the product.

Steps for Defective Products:

Refunds

After the returned watch is received and inspected, the refund will be processed to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please note that the refund processing time may vary depending on the card issuer or bank.
Reserving a Watch

If you wish to reserve a watch from Statera Watch Co., we offer a straightforward process to secure your exclusive timepiece:

Initial Deposit: To reserve the watch, you need to make an initial deposit of 50% of the total price of the product. This initial payment ensures that the watch will be produced specifically for you.

Reservation Confirmation: After the deposit is confirmed, you will receive a reservation confirmation via email, which will include the details of the watch and the estimated production completion date.

Production: With the reservation confirmed, we will begin the production of your watch. During this period, we will keep you updated on the progress of the process.

Final Payment: Once the watch is ready, we will contact you to request the remaining 50% payment. After the final payment is received, the watch will be shipped to the address provided.
